Multi-Room Custom Window Treatment Collection — a portfolio project documenting a window treatment approach in Los Angeles & Beyond. A studio reference in design intent, material specification, and architectural reasoning.

The Brief

This portfolio spans a range of luxury interiors and exterior living spaces, each with a different architectural mood, light condition, and performance need. The common requirement was to create window treatments that felt integral to the architecture: preserving major water views, softening strong daylight, introducing privacy and control, and adding a level of finish that reads as bespoke rather than decorative-only.

The Design Response

Each room was approached as its own architectural brief. View-driven spaces were layered with refined drapery that frames glass without competing with it, formal rooms received tailored top treatments and disciplined panel proportion, and working spaces were shaped around comfort, glare control, and polish. Across the collection, scale, trim placement, lining, tieback height, and mounting relationships were resolved to make every installation feel composed and fully custom.

Materials & Performance

The collection moves through airy neutrals, soft celadon and ivory, saturated cobalt, warm gold, rich walnut-adjacent tones, and sun-washed lavender stripe. Materials were selected for hand, drape, light response, and the way each textile supports the surrounding millwork, stone, metal, and furnishings.

Custom rods, concealed supports, shaped cornices, decorative trim applications, and high-mounted hardware were specified room by room to preserve proportion and give each treatment a disciplined architectural finish.

Every opening was field-measured for its exact condition, with treatment height, stack, return, tieback placement, and hem calibrated to the architecture. The result is a portfolio of installations that feels resolved from a distance and finely detailed up close.

The Result

Together these rooms show the breadth of the studio's luxury vocabulary: airy coastal framing, formal dining-room softness, sculptural modern blue drapery, tailored office treatments, crisp kitchen sheers, richly detailed dark-wood kitchen drapery, and an outdoor terrace treatment that extends the decorative language beyond the interior envelope. The collection reinforces how custom window treatments can shape mood, refine architecture, and elevate the total residence.
