Quietly held. Carefully kept.
The studio's work is private by default. In place of unattributed client quotes, the summaries below describe representative engagements — the kinds of briefs the studio is regularly asked to solve. Individually attributed, permission-granted client reviews will be added here as they are collected and confirmed in writing. Direct client references are available to qualified prospective clients on request.
How We Work
Our clients are private. Names, addresses, and identifying details of completed residences are never published without written consent. References are offered to qualified prospective clients on request and reviewed individually.
Every engagement begins with a private consultation, proceeds through measured specification, and concludes with installation by the studio's own team. No project is rushed; no project is delegated to a sub-contractor outside the studio.
Olga Rechdouni, ASID, is the principal on every project. Clients work directly with the designer who specified their drapery — from first measurement through final dressing of the folds.
A meaningful share of the studio's work is trade — specified alongside an interior designer or architect of record. Shop drawings, fabric specifications, and installation coordination are documented on every project.
Representative Design Outcomes
Summaries written by the studio to describe the kinds of briefs it is regularly retained to solve. These are not client testimonials. Attributed, permission-granted client reviews will be added here as they are collected and confirmed in writing, and will gradually replace these representative examples.
“Full-residence custom drapery program delivered from concept through installation — coordinated with the interior designer of record and installed by the studio's own crew.”
“Acoustic drapery specification for an estate with tall ceilings and large glass walls — heavyweight interlined panels sized to the architecture and specified to soften reflected sound while carrying the room's design vocabulary.”
“Outdoor drapery for a covered patio — weather-resistant panels specified for privacy, filtered shade, and an architectural line at the loggia.”
“Window treatment program for a family residence with close-neighbor exposure — layered privacy specification that preserved daylight while resolving direct sightlines.”
“Floor-to-ceiling drapery for a modern penthouse — ceiling-mounted track, ripple-fold heading, and hardware coordinated with the architectural finishes.”
“Primary-suite blackout program with layered sheer and light-seal detailing — specified for a residence with early-morning east exposure and evening street-lighting infiltration.”
“Sheer drapery specified for oceanfront glass — filtered daylight and daytime privacy without compromising the view corridor.”
“Motorized Roman shade specification coordinated with the home's smart-home integrator — commissioned on the existing keypad scenes at install.”
“Remote-managed custom drapery engagement — measurement coordination, fabric review, and specification handled by video consultation with local installation coordinated on delivery.”
Private references on request.
Qualified prospective clients — homeowners, interior designers, architects, and builders — may request direct introductions to past clients as part of the consultation process. Each reference is reviewed and released individually, in keeping with the studio's commitment to client privacy.
