Beverly Hills Estate — Modern Organic Luxury
Signature Design Concept — an editorial concept study created by the studio to demonstrate House of Drapery's specification practice in cloth, heading, hardware, motorization, and architectural integration. All imagery is illustrative rendering, not a photograph of a completed installation. No construction or installation has occurred at any specific address; this is a portfolio and editorial design study.

Signature Design Concept — Modern Organic Luxury Residential Drapery — a portfolio project documenting a window treatment approach in Beverly Hills, CA. A studio reference in design intent, material specification, and architectural reasoning.
An editorial design study for a Trousdale Estates contemporary residence — single-pitch roofline, walls of glass facing city-to-ocean, plaster fireplace, warm stone floors. The drapery has to read as a continuous vertical plane of cloth, never as a window treatment, and disappear into the architecture when stacked.
Wall-to-wall ceiling-mounted ripple fold drapery in oatmeal Belgian linen on a recessed Lutron QS motorized track, stacking tight off-glass. The primary suite is specified as a layered system: an outboard sheer linen for daytime softness paired with an inboard three-pass blackout-lined ripple fold in soft taupe, both on parallel concealed tracks and commissioned with the home's lighting platform.
Oatmeal 100% Belgian linen in 320 cm extra-wide weave for the great room (single seam, no railroading required); sheer Belgian linen voile for the suite daytime layer; three-pass blackout-lined cotton-linen blend in soft taupe for the suite inboard layer.
Recessed ceiling pocket with Lutron QS hardwired DC motors; uniform ripple-fold carriers at 4-inch spacing; concealed end-pulls. No exposed hardware anywhere in the program.
Drapery pocket coordinated with the architect at rough-in. Motors wired and commissioned before any cloth is hung. Final dressing on site to verify the S-curve rhythm reads identically across the full wall.
Lutron QS hardwired DC motors integrated with the home's existing RA3 keypad ecosystem. One keypad scene opens the great room and the primary suite outboard sheer together; a second scene closes the suite inboard blackout for sleep. Commissioned with the AV integrator before installation.
An editorial design study showing how the same studio vocabulary — Belgian linen, recessed ceiling track, hardwired motorization, ripple fold — adapts from a traditional Beverly Hills Flats estate to a modern organic Trousdale residence without changing the practice underneath it.
